It has been way too quiet lately here in the Soldier Thread camp. It was nice to rest after a very productive SXSW, but it is finally time for us to get rolling again. We are kicking things off with a show at Tantra Coffeehouse Friday night in San Marcos, TX that benefits Invisible Children. More info HERE.
We are also very excited about playing the Austin Art Alliance festival this Saturday. We are playing at 12 in the afternoon so head to the City Hall building and join us! Tickets are $8 and children under 12 get in FREE.
“Spin”, a song off of our very first EP “Fevers and Fireworks”, was used in the opening scene of the movie “Post Love.” Check out the clip below.

Hello all,
We just wanted to thank everyone again who came out to Stubb’s last Friday night. The show was a huge success and it was all because of YOU. THANK YOU. We’ve posted some photos from the show by two extremely talented photographers Greg Elliot and Adam Kealing in the media section for you to enjoy.
So what are we up to next? Well, our new record that you got to preview is being mastered on February 10th by Howie Weinberg. We’re hoping to have it in your hands by SXSW so we’ll see how that goes. We’ll also be rehearsing for our very first SXSW official show. We’ll get the date and time to you as soon as we know. Until then, we hope you are doing well and we’ll see you soon.
